During his tenure at the EFL, Joshua demonstrated a remarkable aptitude for financial intricacies. His role encompassed a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including leading Profitability and Sustainability (P&S) reviews for Championship Clubs. Additionally, he spearheaded the Salary Cost Management Protocol (SCMP) for League One and Two, contributing significantly to the financial stability of numerous clubs.

Joshua's commitment to excellence extended beyond routine tasks. He masterminded benchmarking reports that provided invaluable insights, and his keen financial analyses served as a bedrock of support for Clubs, the Executive Leadership Team, and the esteemed EFL Board of Directors.

With an unwavering passion for elevating sports clubs through sound financial strategies, Joshua Price embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by founding Goal Assist Limited. Ian Tomlinson

Ian Tomlinson is an accomplished Programme Leader with a rich history of contributions to Higher Education and Further Education. As a qualified Chartered Management Accountant, Ian brings a wealth of experience in Business Planning, Coaching, Managerial Finance, Business Development, and Strategy to his diverse portfolio.

One of Ian's notable specialisations lies in the realm of sport, particularly football. His invaluable experience includes serving in a pivotal role at Bradford City Football Club, where he oversaw Management Information Systems (MIS) and led special projects within the Finance and Commercial domain. Ian's contributions to the football industry have left an indelible mark, leveraging his financial acumen to drive success and innovation in this dynamic field.

Ian Tomlinson's multifaceted career showcases his adaptability and dedication to achieving excellence across various sectors. His passion for sport, coupled with his financial expertise, has made him a valuable asset in the football industry and beyond.

Geoffrey Senogles

Geoffrey Senogles, a Chartered Accountant and an Advisor at our firm, brings a wealth of expertise with a career spanning over three decades. Beginning in 1989 in the UK and then in Switzerland since 2000, he has specialised in dispute resolution, investigations and advising companies.

Being daily active in sport continues to be all-important.

With extensive experience as a forensic accountant, Geoff's cross examination testimony in over 60 legal proceedings demonstrates a track record. In 2017, he revived his family's firm, dating back to 1925 in North Wales, reflecting his legacy.

As a member of Omni Bridgeway's Investment Committee, Geoff makes investment decisions and also carries out due diligence. He has overseen diverse global cases and projects, both as an expert witness and a non-testifying adviser. He has worked extensively across the Middle East, Africa, North America and Europe; for large and small clients whether corporates, governments, federations or individuals.

Geoff has testified in cases in venues such as the International Court of Justice, World Bank ICSID, ICC, the High Court in London and the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. His academic contributions since 2009 encompass lecturing on financial damages at the University of Geneva on an LL.M. programme and also delivering speeches at international legal conferences.
